Anyway, McDonald's says it's all about health. But we know they're doing it cause they've been hounded by food freaks blaming them for everything from obesity to leprosy.
It's a travesty. McDonald's has done more for the world in terms of serving affordable, delicious food than anyone ever on the planet.
Worse, McDonald's is forcing its executives to go on a "listening tour" to hear from experts.
Listen to this -- that's the sound I made when I heard about the listening tour.
See, McDonald's is my hero, for they represent everything that's amazing about America. They made something irreplaceable, and made it available to all. And now they're getting punished through a harassment campaign run by people who hate success, not fries.
It's like Michelle Obama. Oh, she'll condemn fast food. But later, she'll be eating those fries.
Anyhow, McDonald's also said apples are what customers were asking for. Sorry, no real McDonald's fan would ever ask for an apple. If a McDonald's customer wants an apple, they won't go to McDonald's, they'll go where ever there are apples.
