From cute summer dresses to fun fall separates,  Ginger and Mary Ann Boutique has a huge selection looks for women.

Reversible items such as dresses, skirts and shirts are popular at the boutique, including a Nally and Millie dress with a multi-colored pastel print on either side ($151). It looks great when paired with some fun jewelry, such as a gold Funky Junque necklace ($25) or Alexis Bittar sparkle bangles ($180-280).

If you're looking for a solid-colored dress, Ginger and Mary Ann has a stunning sleeveless red Tango Mango dress ($98) that looks great when accessorized with a multi-colored Pink House bangle ($20).

Summer separates are also in stock at Ginger and Mary Ann. A multi-colored Petit Pois top ($110) looks great when paired with white Lynn Ritchie side-zip pants ($109). You can accessorize the look with a gold Geranium necklace ($38) and a black Melie Bianco bag ($105).

The Facts

Owners Pam Debandt and Carrie Wurm opened Ginger and Mary Ann on Jefferson Avenue in Kirkwood in September 2010.

"It's beneficial for Kirkwood to have a boutique for women age 40 and older," Wurm said.

"We both live here - it just made sense when the space became available," Debandt added. "Our clothes are fashion-forward yet still age-appropriate."

Debandt and Wurm both have degrees in communication and have prior business and marketing experience, which led them to start their own boutique. However, they both agreed that they're still learning as their business continues to grow.

"It's a big learning curve," Wurm said. "We like to say we're getting our graduate degrees in retail.
