Award-winning Origany Inc. will reveal its first spring/summer collection from its flagship children’s organic clothing brand, Origany, with the most extensive collection to date at the ENK Children’s show at Pier 94 in New York City from July 31- Aug. 2. Origany will be at Booth #3246 and would love to have retailers preview the collection.
The new collection includes more than 50 pieces for girls made from woven cotton, which is more difficult to produce in comparison to standard knit apparel, especially with organic material. It also involves a more expensive and label intensive process for dying and printing.
Four original custom-designed, hand-printed playful prints along with coordinated solids: “Apple-a-Day,” “Mumbo Jungle,” “Floral Bliss,” and “Heart Chart.” These prints feature trendy colors for Spring 2012: pink, orange, blue and green.
The collection includes spring/summer sun and other fun dresses, baby rompers, reversible jackets with prints and solids, blankets/sun hats, tops and capris. Most of the garments are cambric cotton, while some of the dresses use voile.
CEO and Founder Raj Sardesh is looking forward to debuting the Spring/Summer clothes: “The ENK Children’s show provides Origany with a great opportunity to showcase this quality new line in front of retailers from New York and other national and international retailers.”
“With sizes from 3 months to 6X, we can clothe more children in beautiful organic garments,” Sardesh says. Previously, the line only went up to 4T.
All garments are certified organic cotton by GOTS. All dyes are GOTS certified and eco-friendly low-impact dyes.
The collection is targeted at boutiques and fashion designer retailers.
